Get like Tony.

After a friend told him a little about CrossFit Renaissance, Tony decided to come check out the gym. His goals were simple: lose weight and extend his life. So, he decided to sign up for personal training with Bill Shiffler. Tony has now been here for 4 years, doing 1-on-1 personal training.

In the beginning, Tony was wondering why Bill was taking it easy on him. He wanted to do more. Tony trusted in the program and soon realized to not ask for more. The workouts are tough, but definitely paying off. “I’m doing everything that Bill is asking me to do and it seems like I keep getting stronger and stronger and I can do more and more.”

Tony is one of the hardest working people here at CrossFit Renaissance. He is also the only current member who has a workout named after him. And let me tell you, it’s one of the hardest workouts I have ever done. Pretty appropriate.
