Renaissance Bootcamp is a 45 minute bootcamp style workout, with an emphasis on improved metabolism and fat burning. No skill or experience required!
You can expect:
– Relevant mobility work
– a fun warmup to get your body and mind ready to workout

– Expert instruction and individual attention
– High paced, fun workouts
– No barbells or complicated movements to learn
Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30pm; Saturdays 10am
Cost: $119/month or $15 to drop in
