Renaissance Bootcamp

A fun, upbeat, fat-burning bonanza!

Renaissance Bootcamp is a 45 minute bootcamp style workout, with an emphasis on improved metabolism and fat burning. No skill or experience required!

You can expect:

 

– Relevant mobility work

– a fun warmup to get your body and mind ready to workout

– a supportive, friendly, non-judgemental environment with people just like you

– men and women of all fitness levels

– High paced, fun workouts

– No barbells or complicated movements to learn

 

Schedule: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 7:00pm; Saturdays 10am

Cost: $119/month or $15 to drop in
