Starting CrossFit Group Classes
ONRAMP: 5 personal training sessions geared to get you ready for CrossFit group classes.
In this course you will be introduced to the movements that you will encounter in the CrossFit group classes. You will also learn about the theory behind our program, and what to expect once you get into class. In addition to this instruction you will go through a workout at the end of each session.
