Although CrossFit is for anyone, it’s not for everyone – which is why we start all prospective new members with a complimentary introduction session.
Here’s How to Get Started…
The Free Trial class is a great way to experience a workout before committing yourself to CrossFit.
This is a 60-minute session that gives you a chance to see our facility, learn a bit about our methods and philosophy, and experience a workout.
After your free trial class we will set up an initial consultation to discuss your fitness goals, what you are looking for in a program, as well as what we expect from you upon joining. From there, we get you signed up for our Foundational Movements Course and after that, enroll in either our Beginner’s or All-Level CrossFit Classes.
If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you are welcome to contact us and test out of the Fundamentals Course.
