I spent a good deal of my training years training for bodybuilding. In 2007 I found CrossFit and my life was changed as well as many of my views on fitness. CrossFit simply is one of the best overall training programs there is and whatever results you are after CrossFit can help you get there.

“Athletics have always been at the center of my life. Consequently, I became intimately familiar with the weight room at a young age. Unfortunately, I fell victim to the myths and uninformed information circulating in gyms across the country. I used typical, inefficient bodybuilding split routines that may have actually hurt my athletic performance. As my final college soccer season came to an end, I searched for a new athletic endeavor to fill the void.
In 2007 Crossfit entered my life, and I fully embraced it, experiencing phenomenal results immediately! My athleticism improved and Crossfit became my sport of choice. I loved the competitive nature of timed workouts and working out with others where you will accomplish physical feats you never thought were possible. I now am lifting massive weights, and my flexibility, coordination, sprinting speed, and bodyweight-to-strength ratio have all improved! Crossfit is the best way to train whether you want to lose weight, improve health and quality of life, improve sports performance, or just get ripped. Now that I am Crossfit Certified Trainer, I want to share the joys of crossfit to as many people as I can! “
