On-Ramp

 

On-Ramp is 5 half-hour Personal Training sessions that will get you ready for our CrossFit group classes.

In this course, you will be introduced to the movements that you will encounter in the CrossFit group classes. You will also learn about the theory behind our program, and what to expect once you get into class. In addition to this instruction, you will go through a workout at the end of each session.

Once you have completed the On-Ramp course, you can either join the CrossFit group classes or stick with Personal Training.
