Philly Strong Kids 6-week course!!

The Philly Strong Kids program is our newest addition to CrossFit Renaissance, designed to keep our next generation strong and healthy. We have set up a series of fun workouts to help them find their STRONG!

6 Week Kids Course

Classes are divided by age groups:

Group 1:  4-8 years old (45 minute classes, Tuesdays & Thursdays from 4:45 to 5:30pm)

Group 2:  9-12 years old (1 hour classes, Mondays & Wednesdays from 4:30 to 5:30pm)

The course will start the week of 10/24/2016 and Ends 12/1/2016.

 

Each class will include:

  • Warm-up
  • Introduction/teaching the movement in a group setting with individual support
  • WOD (Workout of the Day) challenge
  • Cool-down or a group game
  • Bonus Brain WOD! At the beginning of the session, the kids will be assigned a mental task and at the cool-down they will present the answers, or the Brain WOD will be incorporated into the workout itself.

 

We will only be able to accept 8 kids in each group to allow our coaches time to work through the movements and to keep the kids safe. So book your spot ASAP!
