Teams of 3 For Time
Row 1500 meters (each person must row 500m)
150 Hand release pushups
150 pull-ups (Strict pullups=2 pullups)
150 kb swings (1.5/1 pood)
*EMOM 3 burpees (all except for person rowing, who must stop until both partners are finished their burpees)
This Saturday we will do a workout in and hold a fundraiser in honor of our friend Billy Bogan. Billy was just one of those people that was awesome to be around. With an infectious smile, fierce loyalty and innate intensity it was always easy to do your best when Billy was around you. His workout had to be a team workout for this reason alone. It always felt like Bill was on your team anyway when he was in the gym. He would be cheering you on in the middle of his own workout all the time!
We will all miss our friend dearly and will hit this one hard in his honor!
We’re asking that all who attend on Saturday donate $15. All proceeds will go to Missions Teens Inc. in memory of Billy. MTI was a non profit near and dear to his heart. We hope to continue the work he was doing for the youth. If you are unable to come in and will still like to donate, you can leave money with us at the gym or Venmo @crossfitrenaissance.
