Teams of 3 For Time:
Row 1500 meters (each person must row 500m)
150 Hand release pushups
150 pull-ups (Strict pullups=2 pullups)
150 kb swings (1.5/1 pood)
*EMOM 3 burpees (all except for person rowing, who must stop until both partners are finished their burpees)
This Saturday, we will host a FREE workout in honor of our friend, Billy Bogan. In lieu of class fee, we are requesting donations to “Mission Teens“, a non-profit organization that was very dear to Billy.
Billy was just one of those people that was awesome to be around. With an infectious smile, fierce loyalty and innate intensity it was always easy to do your best when Billy was around you. His workout had to be a team workout for this reason alone. It always felt like Bill was on your team anyway when he was in the gym. He would be cheering you on in the middle of his own workout all the time!
We all miss our friend dearly and will hit this one hard, in his honor!
