An example here is getting back in the swing of things with in the gym. Just schedule and show up to the gym 3x per week (don’t even worry about what happens when you get there). Boom, success! Build on it! Look at your (probably long!) to do list and take off a few easy ones first, the low hanging fruit. Pick 2 easy easy things that are undone, and then you can check those off within a few minutes the next morning, and get a few easy wins to get the ball rolling!
