Coach Meg is offering up some really helpful tips based off of what members are asking!  Many athletes can often be seen wearing their wrist supports wraps, weightlifting belts or even switching their shoes two to three times in a one hour workout!  Be careful though!  Some gear you shouldn’t be using all of the time!
