We are partnering with the Breathing Room Foundation again this year to collectively adopt a local family/families for the holidays.

GYNU and Baseline WOD

Starting 4/19/14 – 4/26/14 we will be testing our baseline workout. If you ran in place of rowing or vice versa, do the same and record your time.
