Our group CrossFit classes are fun, yet challenging. With the ability to modify movements and workouts for people of all levels, we have created an environment where your only competition is yourself. Our coaches and members are here to push you to be your best and high-five you when the class is over.
Each day, the workout will test a different part of your functional strength or conditioning. Rather than focus on one athletic skill in particular, our focus is to build a body that’s capable of practically anything and everything.
You can expect:
Before beginning CrossFit classes, you will go through our On-Ramp program. These five, 1-on-1, half hour sessions will prepare you for group classes. We will teach you how to move properly and cover all of the essential lifts and movements.
