Renaissance Bootcamp is a 45 minute interval-style workout, with an emphasis on improving core strength, muscle toning, and fat burning. No experience required!
You can expect:

Classes held every Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 6:15pm; Saturdays 10:00am
$119/month for access to 3 classes per week
$15 to drop in to a single class
