A fun, upbeat, fat-burning bonanza!

Renaissance Bootcamp is a 45-minute interval-style workout, with an emphasis on improving core strength, muscle toning, and fat burning. 

You can expect:

  • Relevant mobility work
  • A fun warmup to get your body and mind ready to workout
  • A supportive, friendly, non-judgemental environment with people just like you
  • Men and women of all fitness levels
  • Expert instruction and individual attention
  • High-paced, fun workouts

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays: 6:15 pm and Saturday 9a

We were one of Philadelphia’s first CrossFit gyms – opening in 2009 -, also one of the largest at 6,000 sq ft, so space is never an issue here. Our coaches have been working in the fitness industry since 1995. There’s not a type of client we haven’t trained during that time, from seniors in their 70s, members who have lost 150+ pounds, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and everyone in between.
