For those of you that get frustrated with meal prep and logging, here’s another way to go about it.

I have meal prepped for over 8 years and recently noticed that tracking my macros by Protein, Fats and Carbs is easier than tracking by breakfast, lunch, and dinner combo meals.

At CFR, we use My Fitness Pal to track our meals.  This is what my screen looks like before I log for the day:
