This week we’re going to be writing goals. It’s great to hit the WOD hard and clean up your diet, believe me, you’ll make great progress just by doing this. Clear, measurable goals however will really allow you to focus and get even better results.

Start thinking about what your goals are, and make them as measurable as possible.

Examples:

Non measurable- Get Stronger
Measureable- Deadlift 2x Bodyweight, Perform 10 Strict Pullups, etc…

Non measurable- Feel Healthier
Measurable- Lower Resting heart, Lower Bodyfat Percentage…

Work on them this week and finalize them by Friday. Try to come up with at least 5.
