A constantly varied, 60-minute coached class built around functional movements: lifting, rowing, gymnastics, and bodyweight work. Every workout is intentionally programmed and scaled to your level. All experience levels. Adults 18+.
Coaches: Jessica Thomas (Founder), Jennifer Adams, Brett Thomas, Idelisa, Trista, Justin, Ryen, Mo Mostafa. Fully coached every session with coaches always present.
