CrossFit

A constantly varied, 60-minute coached class built around functional movements: lifting, rowing, gymnastics, and bodyweight work. Every workout is intentionally programmed and scaled to your level. All experience levels. Adults 18+.

Coaches: Jessica Thomas (Founder), Jennifer Adams, Brett Thomas, Idelisa, Trista, Justin, Ryen, Mo Mostafa. Fully coached every session with coaches always present.

Youth Class

Functional fitness built for young athletes. Scaled movements, age-appropriate intensity, and coaching that builds strength, confidence, and real capability. 45 minutes.

Coaches: Jessica Thomas teaches Youth CrossFit; Brett Thomas teaches Youth Weightlifting.

Results: Increased strength and balance. Greater confidence in and out of the gym. Improved body awareness and coordination. Technical proficiency in Olympic lifts. Foundation for competitive weightlifting.

Women’s Class – RenFit

Fun, relaxed, full-body conditioning on rowing machines, bikes, kettlebells, and bodyweight movements. No pressure, no intensity, just effective training that builds cardiovascular capacity and functional strength.

Coaches: Jennifer Adams and Lisa Madera. Fully coached every session with coaches always present.

Results: Improved cardiovascular endurance. Increased functional strength. Greater capability in daily life. Results visible in 30-60 days.

Uncoached time to train on your own programming or continue your session. Access to all equipment. Hourly slots throughout the week.
