Megan started with CrossFit Renaissance, as a member, in December of 2010. In June 2018, she received her CrossFit Level 1 Trainer Certificate. Megan coaches Crossfit group classes.
Megan started Crossfit because she was bored with just going to the gym or running. Needed something different.

It’s early in my coaching career but right now I think I’m best at providing alternate options.

I never really thought about it.

Anything with deadlifts.
