The coaches keep you focused on your goals and support you throughout the workouts. I almost ALWAYS scale my workouts… other words, I scale it down from the prescribed workout.

The coaches really help me figure out what I can do and when I can stretch myself and try something more. I have come in with a pulled muscle and they help me find ways to get a great workout without compromising the injury.
