Our basic package is intended for individuals who just want an easy, general outline of what to eat that will produce great results. This program is designed to teach general nutrition, providing a simple approach to understanding how different elements, like macronutrients, nutrient timing and overall calorie load, play a vital role in meeting individual goals.

Advanced Customized Package:  $199

 

This 4 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals: weight loss, weight gain or to improve performance in their sport. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, tailored specifically to their needs. It includes a pre- and post- consultation to assess goals and follow-up success.

 

  • 1 hour initial consultation to include:
    • initial assessment
    • comprehensive goal setting session
    • establishing calorie needs
    • bodytype feedback
  • Printed information packet
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • 1 week sample meal plans set specifically to your calorie and macronutrient needs on MyFitnessPal
  • Weekly online accountability checkins including picture and weight updates, shared 1-on-1 with your nutrition coach
  • Professional Feedback during the 4 weeks
  • Follow up consultation (30:00) at the end of the program, including re-measurements.

Deluxe Customized Package  $399

 

This 6 week nutrition package is intended for individuals who want a more specific plan to target their goals, but also feel they need additional accountability and the support of a caring professional throughout their transformation. This program offers clients the opportunity to receive an individualized plan, tailored specifically their needs, but includes opportunities to check in with a nutrition coach for weekly 15 minute consultations to review progress, half-way point measurements, and more.

 

  • 1 hour initial consultation to include:
    • initial assessment
    • comprehensive goal setting session
    • establishing calorie needs
    • bodytype feedback
  • Printed information packet
  • Individualized nutrition plan
  • 2 week sample meal plans set specifically to your calorie and macronutrient needs on MyFitnessPal
