Bodybuilding has been a passion of mine for 20+ years. I spent the better part of a decade in my 20s preparing for and competing in bodybuilding. I then took a short (eh, 9 year…) break from the competitive stage mostly training CrossFit while incorporating powerlifting and some strongman training. 

I returned to the bodybuilding stage in 2016. Leading up to my shows, I designed a training program, Renaissance Physique, incorporating the most relevant information available on hypertrophy, metabolic conditioning, and meticulous pre-contest nutrition planning. This is the program that led to me winning the title of Mr. Philadelphia and also becoming a natural professional bodybuilder that year.

Over the years, I’ve helped prepare a few close friends for their journey to the physique stage, supporting them in bringing their best package to the stage every time. 

I’m now opening this service to anyone interested in getting freaky lean and/or getting on the physique stage. 

The road to getting to the stage or just looking like you belong there is a tough one, for sure. It will likely be one of the hardest things you ever do. But we can take the journey together and I’ll be your guide every step of the way. I really love seeing people get out of their comfort zone and push way beyond where they’ve been before, or even dreamt they could go! 

To get started the best thing to do is book a time to meet or video call with me to find out what will work best for you! You’ll have a few options depending on if you will train with us at the gym, or do the program remotely.  Options include one on one training with an expert coach here at the gym, nutrition coaching with me in-person or via video conference and stand-alone workout programming that you can do here at CrossFit Renaissance or at your own gym.
