32 Calorie Bike or Row
Goal: Have fun and find a consistent pace with your partner. One person works – split as needed.

Accessory Work of your choice:

Pick one body part that is “lagging” and ask your choice for a bodybuilding exercise. Perform 4 sets x 12 reps. Rest 60s between sets.
