It’s simple, not easy. This is about a true a statement as possible. Getting where you want to be with your fitness (or anything else, for that matter!) is usually simple, not easy. Simple is knowing that to lose body fat, you need eat a little less and exercise a little more. Then comes the work, the “not easy” part. Plug any goal you want in here ,by the way, they’re all the same. So is this just some motivational talk on a Monday morning for you? A little bit, but not entirely. This is really a call to action. A call to make the best bet you can make, and that’s to bet on yourself!

Don’t over-complicate your path to success.
