With the Paleo 30-Day Challenge only four days away, we will be posting recipes almost everyday to get you more motivated to jump on the Paleo bandwagon.

Whether you are starting Paleo for the first time, or going back to it after a hiatus (like me, unfortunately), these recipes won’t include 30 ingredients and 30 steps like some Paleo recipes call for which push some people away. The majority of our recipes will be as simple as possible so you have the time to make these, even after a busy day of work and crossfiting!
