New at CFR: The WORKshop

Only come if you really are willing to push and take some risks.

We will train together and there will not be any formal coaching, motivation had better be internal. We will literally be in the lab. Not all training sessions will be insane long workouts (expect some of this though), some will be purely experimental. We are going to be training, changing as many different variables as possible in an attempt to better hone our physical and mental toughness, athleticism and overall badassery.

You should be an experienced athlete, know your ability levels (numbers etc.) and expect to be uncomfortable. If you’re not sure if this is for you, you are welcome to come observe first and talk to the coaches about participating. First meeting: this Friday at 4p.
