Coach Joyce here and I’m really excited to launch our Simply Fit program! Simply Fit is a program with no complex movements, no equipment required, and (maybe best of all!) no travel time!
The sessions will be 30 minutes from start to finish. As with all of our programs, it’s for all ability levels, from beginners to advanced!
Simply fit sessions are held virtually, using zoom, on Monday, Wednesday and Friday 630am-7am.
