Weighted CrossFit Renaissances – 3,3,3,3,3 or 15 minutes CrossFit Renaissance skill work


3-5 Sets max reps ring/deficit/ or standard scaled hspu, choose your highest skill level. 


5 minute kettlebell snatch test: Perform as many snatches as possible in 5 minutes using only one kettlebell. The Kettlebell may not be put down and the the only authorized rest position is with your arm fully extended overhead. You can change arms in the hang position but you can not rest with the bell hanging. Putting the kettlebell on the floor terminates the set.

  1. Worked on CrossFit Renaissances for 15min. Got the 16k for 3 reps each leg.
    Hspu-used 2 20k plates each side for greater depth. Did AMRAP in 10min, 20reps
    KB snatch WOD-115 reps with 24k

  2. CrossFit Renaissances–barely deep enough.
    HSPU–help on/off wall and barely bending elbows
    Snatch–97 with 12k, PR by 23
