For every putdown do 20 lateral BB jumps

4 minutes bar hang
For every putdown do 15 lateral jumps

3 minutes 60kg overhead hold
For every putdown do 10 lateral BB jumps

2 minutes Pushup plank position
For every time you drop to knees or hips rise/drop do 5 lateral BB jumps
