  1. Here’s a good scaling for any of you guys that do this on your own and aren’t quite ready for the Rx’D version. Do a max set of pull-ups and switch to jumping pull-ups if the pull-ups are not manageable. Try and do all 100 squats and sit-ups even if you cannot do all the push-ups and pull-ups.

    50-75 Pull ups
    50-75 Push ups
    50-100 Sit ups
    50-100 Squats
