2 week rowing challenge.

For the next 2 weeks, from Friday July 16th in until Friday July 30th, we will be having a rowing challenge.

Here’s how it will go:

Goal- Log as many meters on the rower as possible in 2 weeks.

Rules- You may only row for 5 minutes every day. You may break up the 5 minutes however you want.

Most Meters in the 2 weeks wins.
