A template for the rest of the week.

In the event I have trouble posting for the rest of the week here’s how it will go down. If I have internet access I may change it.

06/16- Rest Day
06/17- Deadlift- 3,3,3,3,3
06/18- “Nicole”- OHS 95lbsx15, Run 400m- 5 rounds for Time (Scale as needed on the OHS, Run, or rounds)
06/19- Do 1 pullup on the first minute, 2 on the second, 3 on the third, continue until you can not complete the reps within the minute. THEN: 50 Burpees for time.
