This will be our first Benchmark WOD. Hit it hard.

Also, I am going to add a 6pm class to the schedule starting today.

  1. 3 rounds + 4 pull ups blue band on middle of second round. Great work out can’t wait to see whats up for tomorrow i’ll give it my best effort.

  2. was busy tonight repairing the glasses, but will be by soon. I did a fun Painstorm workout tonight. Death by body weight front squat, increasing a rep for each minute.
    At 185# I made it to 9 minutes and 6 reps before 10 minutes for a total of 51 reps. The best part was the “lighter” load did not aggravate my back. I would love to see one of the newer hero workouts on here sometime soon. See you soon.
