This workout is patterned after the song “12 Days of Christmas”. It starts with Day 1 (Clean and Jerk), then 2, 1; 3, 2, 1; 4, 3, 2, 1……etc. up to the last round, which is 12 – 1. Both partners will complete the entire workout, but sharing equipment. Take turns alternating through the movements. All done for total time. Merry Christmas!!
