1. Clean and Jerk- 1.1 in 1 minute (Both reps completed within 1 minute)
Rest as needed between attempts
2. 2 Minutes AMRAP: 80 then 70 then 60%. Rest 2 minutes between efforts.
3. 5 Minutes Max reps. Lateral Barbell Burpees.
