CrossFit KOP’s “Yack in the box” games October 24th

CrossFit KOP will be hosting an affiliate challenge, called the “Yack in the Box” Games—Heats will run from 9AM-12PM, the WOD’s will be scalable for athletes of all skill levels.  The cost to compete in the games is $10 per athlete.  This is an opportunity for you to work out with local affiliates.

If you would like to compete let me know so I can get a head count to Aimee.

Those of you that went to FGBIV know how fun it is to compete with a group of like minded individuals.  I encourage anyone who is able to come to do so.
