20, of McMinnville, Tenn.; assigned to the 1st Battalion, 187th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), Fort Campbell, Ky.; died May 9 at Forward Operating Base Orgun-E, Afghanistan, of wounds suffered when insurgents attacked his unit using small arms fire.
This WOD absolutely, positively kicked my ass. I definitely want to tackle this one again and get it under 20mins. This is the type of workout I need because I need to increase my endurance as well as strength with every exercise that involves overhead movements. Thanks for pushing me through this Bill, Mark and Ryan!
I am currently stationed at Orgun-E, where this hero gave the ultimate sacrifice. I will do this Hero WOD in memory of Jeremy.
