75 Front Squats, 65/45 lbs
100 Push Press, 65/45 lbs
75 Back Squats, 65/45 lbs
100 Overhead Squats, 65/45 lbs
75 Thrusters, 65/45 lbs
All movements are unbroken. If you put the bar down, you must start back at zero. Good luck!
