3 Attemps at ARMRAP 3 minutes:

4 Push Press 60kg
4 Push Ups
10 Air Squats

Explanation: We will do 3 AMRAPS of these three movements. Resting 5 minutes in between each attempt. Every attempt will be an all out sprint because its only three minutes. You will count your lowest round score as your score.
