I’m using myself as a guinea pig for the Paleo diet right now about 2 weeks in right now with about 95%+ compliance.
Initial results are very promising. I’m dropping bodyfat quickly. Performance already seems to be improving after a seemingly very short adaptation period.
I will give a full review after 30 days.

Way to Go Bill! I just got done with a month long Paleo stint, and I definitely lost a lot of fat and felt good doing it.
The big thing is you gotta be committed to cooking a bunch or your going to run out of food to eat.
Definitely would recommend eating paleo!
