8 Clean and Jerks 135/95#
Rest Station
*Athlete 1 will run 200 meters, Athlete 2 will complete 8 Clean and Jerks, Athlete 3 will rest. After both athletes perform prescribed work, they will rotate. Each athlete has to be done before rotation occurs.
