15 Power Cleans (135, 95)
15 Calorie Bike/Row
15 Kipping Handstand Push-ups
– Goal: One person works at a time – split work evenly. Go is to maintain a relatively high level of effort ~80%.

Accessory/Recovery:

Banded Back Complex x 50 reps each movement
– Parasympathetic Breathing x 15-20 breaths (3s inhale + 1s at top + 3s exhale + 1s at bottom)
