  1. wasn’t able to make it in today, but I did this anyway and it was not pretty…300 for 3 is my old PR from 6 months ago.
    245, 285, 295 (2), 295 (1), 275

    I maxed out on Deadlifts yesterday, so I new it was gonna be rough, especially after my new Deadlift PR of 430.

    Talk about instant back soreness today…
