October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, so we want to honor a woman named Michele who recently lost her battle with cancer. One of our members, Lynnette, came up with this workout to pay tribute to her.

 

“She was married to Mpanda, who is Zulu. So when she got married, the middle name given her by Mpanda’s tribe in Zulu means “The Rainmaker.” It is hard and taxing to symbolize her struggle with cancer, and the WOD will also make people “rain” with sweat.” – LM
