Exercise makes us feel better than any game or online video ever will!   

It feels good to be strong.  It feels good to move.  And it feels good to set goals and to achieve them.   

The Renaissance Youth program will introduce our kids to exercise in a fun, exciting, and safe format that will set them on a life long path toward health and fitness.  The program focuses on every aspect of your athlete.  We will work on coordination, stamina, strength, and agility while encouraging team building, goal setting, discipline and leadership.

Your Athletes will learn the foundations of movement that will become the building blocks for future activities in the sport of CrossFit, or any other sport they pursue down the line.  We will follow the CrossFit prescription of constantly varied, functional movement with intensity that is age appropriate.

We were one of Philadelphia’s first CrossFit gyms – opening in 2009 -, also one of the largest at 6,000 sq ft, so space is never an issue here. Our coaches have been working in the fitness industry since 1995. There’s not a type of client we haven’t trained during that time, from seniors in their 70s, members who have lost 150+ pounds, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and everyone in between.
