It’s time to get our kids moving again!

What if they realized how fun exercise can be?  Would they want to move more?

What if they were proud of their accomplishments and enjoyed the comradery of an athletic environment?  Would they ask to go again?


Yes.  All of the above.


Exercise makes us feel better than any game or online video ever will!   


It feels good to be strong.  It feels good to move.  And it feels good to set goals and to achieve them.  


The Renaissance Youth program will introduce our kids to exercise in a fun, exciting, and safe format that will set them on a life long path toward health and fitness.  The program focuses on every aspect of your athlete.  We will work on coordination, stamina, strength, and agility while encouraging team building, goal setting, discipline and leadership.     /18 – 


Your Athletes will learn the foundations of movement that will become the building blocks for future activities in the sport of CrossFit, or any other sport they pursue down the line.  

We will follow the CrossFit prescription of constantly varied, functional movement with intensity that is age appropriate.     


Launch into Fitness

8 week Summer Session

6/18/18 – 8/17/18

(No Class week of 7/4/18) 

Renaissance Youth – Rookies Ages 3.5-6 years old

4:15-5pm Thursday


We begin to share the Joy of Exercise and movement with our Rookies in a 45 minute class.  Fun is integral and incorporated into everything we do with this group.  We build a foundation for future sports that includes attention to safe movement patterns, focus, comradery and team building.  


Format of the class:

  • Warm-up with a focus on moving through space – running, two footed hopping, and balance.
  • Skill work – focus is still on fun, while we add in how to hold the body, and how to move correctly.  
  • Game – We will keep our bodies moving with a fun game.  

Rookie Summer Session

Renaissance Youth – Junior Varsity Ages 6-10

4:15 – 5 pm Wednesday OR 4:15 – 5 pm Monday 

$159 for one class/week

This class focuses on continued development in a fun environment.  We start with those fundamental healthy movement patterns maintained in the younger class, and begin to introduce a fewer higher level athletics such as technique work, endurance, flexibility, body weight strength, and goal setting. 

Format of the class:

  • Warm-up with a focus on preparing our bodies for the class.
  • Skill work – focus is still on fun, we begin to work on specific movments and proper mechanics.   
  • Workout of the day – an ever changing workout that will incorporate skills and build endurance.
  • End class with a game that keeps us moving.      

JV Summer Session Wednesday Class

JV Summer Session Monday Class

Renaissance Youth – Varsity  Ages 11-16

Wednesdays 6:15 – 7:00 PM & Fridays 5:15 – 6:00 PM


This class takes all of the beneficial movement patterns, technique, base strength, character, and team development and starts to ramp things up toward specific athletic goals.  We add in specific strength training, cross training, gymnastics, and speed/agility training.  Our focus is on excellent form and safety above all else.  We still have a ton of fun!  


Format of the class:  

  • Warm up: students will learn about their joints and how to warm them up for exercise.
  • Skill work – We begin to work on specific movements and proper mechanics.
  • Workout of the day – an ever changing workout that will incorporate skills and build endurance.
  • Cool down and stretching.
