New to CrossFit? Get started with our On Ramp course. This private 5 session course sets new athletes up for success and gives the coach an opportunity to understand the student’s current abilities, and personality. Learn the foundations of movement that will become the building blocks for future activities – in the sport of CrossFit, or any other sport they pursue down the line. Then hit the ground running when you move into our Group CrossFit classes.
