In order to truly train athletes for their positions and their sports, the CrossFit Renaissance coaches first break down the position into movement patterns (and subsequent energy system requirements) and, after an initial athletic evaluation, devise a strength and conditioning program geared to preparing and mastering those movements.
Small-group coaching is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one coaching and the social interaction of team training. Ideal for groups of 2 to 5 individuals of similar fitness capacities or with similar fitness goals, your small-group workouts will be tailored to address specific needs and goals of the group and/or individuals within the group.
