One-on-One Coaching

Personal training may be an option, whether you are training for weight loss, an upcoming season, or want to incorporate CrossFit programming for your team or tactical group – CrossFit Renaissance has a solution for you.

One-on-One Coaching is an amazingly effective and efficient way to achieve your individual fitness goals.

Your coach will work with you to identify and clarify your fitness goals and design a program specifically targeted at improving your deficiencies and optimizing your strengths, thereby enabling you to achieve your goals quickly.

Small Group Coaching

Small-group coaching is the perfect solution for the person looking for the benefits of one-on-one coaching and the social interaction of team training.

Ideal for groups of 2 to 5 individuals of similar fitness capacities or with similar fitness goals, your small-group workouts will be tailored to address specific needs and goals of the group and/or individuals within the group.

We offer the best personal training in Philadelphia. But if you feel the camaraderie of group CrossFit might be a better fit, check out our CrossFit option!


Don’t worry about your current fitness level, we’ll meet you right where you are!

We were one of Philadelphia’s first CrossFit gyms – opening in 2009 -, also one of the largest at 6,000 sq ft, so space is never an issue here. Our coaches have been working in the fitness industry since 1995. There’s not a type of client we haven’t trained during that time, from seniors in their 70s, members who have lost 150+ pounds, weekend warriors, professional athletes, and everyone in between.
