Matt December 28, 2009 at 5:41 pm Now weighing 190, did this w/ bench press slightly scaled. This was the closest I’ve come to rx’d. DL= 285 easy BP= 180 tough SCl= 142.5 easy 32:40 As my bench improves, my time will drastically go down.
