NEW 6 Week Boot Camp Program

Have you been thinking about starting a fitness routine? 

Need some consistency and accountability in your life?   Maybe even a little shy going alone to the gym….   Then come workout with me!   

Commit to just 6 weeks of fitness with me!

All levels of fitness are welcome!   We will be using some Dumbbells/Kettlebells but mostly all we will need is you.

 

Our 6 Week Boot Camp runs from 4/12 – 5/24; 3 classes per week for just 45 minutes!   

Class Schedule:
Tuesdays 7:00 PM
Thursdays 7:00 PM
Sundays 11:00 AM**
**  Sunday, May 1st there will not be a class.  We will add a class at the end…5/24.

you to an Introductory Goal Setting Session on Sunday, 4/10.

We will talk about your goals, take your biometrics, complete and sign the waiver
