Another archived mainsite WOD…

So all of these archived mainsite WODs I have been posting are from a list I compiled of WODs I wanted to do. I worked through a good portion of them before I opened the gym, but left most of the running WODs untouched. You all now get to reap the benefits (eh hem…torture) of my avoiding running as much as possible at all times.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:

65 pound Power snatch, 12 reps
10 Push-ups

  1. Vacation is nice! But I can’t wait to be back in the area for some WODs this coming week! I hope the box is thriving.

    I did the 50-40-30-20-10 of 32kg KB Swings and Double-Unders from a week ago in 15:08.

    It was a smoker.

    Then the next day I did a modified “Isabel” with 30 reps 32kg KB snatches on each arm in 4:53.

    Who says you can’t workout on vacation?
