Baseline Workout

We have been doing a new baseline workout with prospective members. At your convenience over the next week or so, give it a go. We are trying to establish an average time for our community here.

Here it is:

500m Row
40 Squats
30 Pushups
20 Situps
10 Pullups

For time

When you do it, record in the back of your journals with PRs.
