5 rounds, each for time:
100 yd Dumbbell Farmer’s Walk without putting them down, as heavy as possible
50 yd Bear Crawl
40 yd Suicide Run
- Rest as needed between rounds
- If you drop the dumbbells, do 15 Burpees
